  【Summary】
  Responsible for driving sales performance by developing strategies, managing the sales process, analyzing market data, supporting customer relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring accurate sales administration.
  
  【Key Responsibilities】
  - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  - Manage and optimize the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, handling inquiries and resolving complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
  - Analyze market trends, competitors, and company performance to support informed sales decisions.
  - Utilize SAP and other data tools to ensure the accuracy and high quality of sales data.
  - Report to supervisors and coordinate with the team to share insights, propose solutions, and support problem-solving.
  - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, planners, suppliers) to ensure smooth operations.
  - Present company products and services to customers and support sales events to promote purchases and develop new markets.
  - Accurately perform sales-related administrative tasks, including transaction recording, documentation, and inventory management.
  - Apply negotiation and communication skills to meet customer needs while protecting company interests.
  - Understand and align work with the company’s goals, vision, and values to prioritize tasks appropriately.
