• Job Description

  1) Social / Content (multi-country)
  • Build country/language/service content calendars.
  • Shoot and edit photos & videos (short-form first), captions/subtitles/BGM/SFX.
  • On-site stories: clinic scenes, doctor/nurse interviews, patient experiences (where permitted).
  • Operate and analyze Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn; iterate on performance.
  
  2) Web / LP (WordPress & HTML)
  • IA and UX improvements, update service/article pages.
  • Plan and build LPs (structure, copy, CTA), run A/B tests, implement tags,basic SEO.
  • Operate WordPress (themes/plugins) and code with HTML/CSS (JS whenneeded).
  
  3) Creative Assets & Brand Governance
  • Design → prepress → delivery for brochures, leaflets, posters, businesscards, corporate brochures.
  • Plan and produce clinic event materials: banners, gifts, novelties; manage inventory.
  • Establish and enforce brand guidelines (logo, color, photography, tone &manner).
  • Direct shoots; build a searchable asset library (photo/video/icons/templates,rights-cleared).
  
  4) Country-specific Japanese Expat Media
  • Plan, design, and manage creatives for local Japanese media (e.g.,
  Malaysia: Mtown / Thailand: WiSE / Philippines: Primer).
  • Media selection, tie-ups, copy/design production, spec-compliant submission,
  proofreading, publication checks, distribution planning.
  • Measure outcomes (inquiries, QR/coupon traffic, branded search) and
  propose optimizations.
  
  5) Ad Creatives (Google / Meta)
  • Produce static, carousel, and video creatives; manage replacements and variants.
  • Design creative A/B tests (message, framing, copy, format) and report insights.
  • Improve CTR/CVR/CPA in partnership with growth teams.
