  • Job Description

    Main Role : To refer the company profile registered via their e-commerce, and handle outbound call (company provides phone) to activate the registered client to drive the sales

    Responsibilities
    • Handle and assist customers on their sales and product enquiries
    • Build rapport and maintain good relationship with existing customers
    • Responsible for account retention of new customers to achieve monthly target
    • Follow up incoming sales prospect through email/call.
    • Actively seek opportunities to grow existing customer business
    • Follow up customer quotation through the phone call closely to secure the order.
    • Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our latest promotion.
    • Assist day to day customer enquiry/ feedback which able to liaise with Customer Relation Team and Shipping Team on customers’ issues.
    • Visit to customers may be required (very rare, and in that case following to Outdoor sales staff or other staff)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    • Diploma, Degree or Professional Sales or Marketing Qualification (doesn't matter the education background if candidate possess the related work experience)
    • At least 1 year sales experience in any field
    • Language: English and Malay

    <Advantage>
    • B2B industrial sales experience

Additional Information

    Basic salary : RM 3,000 - RM 5,000

    Allowance : Transportation allowance (based on the public transportation fee)
