  • Job Description

    1. Deliver excellent customer service
    • Monitor sales on an on-going basis for allocated accounts on our ERP Dashboard (Overall sales, Sales vs budget, Sales of new products, forecast vs actual).
    • Manage the daily sales process (includes replying of enquiry for prices / delivery claims).
    • Coordinates on-going interactions (phone, email, webcalls, minutes of meeting), involving other internal resources when appropriate (AMs, RSMs, R&D, Product mgmt.)
    • Supports on stocks management based on customer’s sales with Account managers (AM) or Regional Sales managers (RSM).
    • Hold monthly web meetings to discuss and understand needs, concerns, and opportunities for customer’s operational level.
    • Coordinate the development and communication of special quotations

    2. Deliver effective key account management
    • Creating insightful account analysis base on account’s performances
    • Collaborate and propose relevant strategic initiative to grow sales sustainably to AM or RSM
    • On-going monitoring and delivering of sales activities (proposals, projects)

    3. Manage sales for special tools
    • Responsible to monitoring special tools delivery commitments and to adjust delivery times according to Special tool’s current capacity

    4. Support marketing’s promotions and launches
    • Coordinate with AMs and AEs to gather market information and find a way to present it meaningfully and with insights
    • Responsible for creating templates and formats for AEs and AMs to input market information

    5. Manage customer claims
    • Responsible for the entire quality of the claims process from Claim to Answer
    o Work with QA to improve claim management process
    • Collaborate with Sales Administration to improve the process related to claims

    6. Gather and share market insights
    • Capture and share customer insight with whole sales team to share internally (Marketing, R&D, PMI, Directors) in the form of minute of meeting during webcalls or visits

    7. Report creation and analysis
    • Responsible for monitoring all key KPIs for the department
    • Responsible for creating reporting templates in ERP or in Excel to support sales related activities (Aligned with departmental KPI)
    • Responsible for sharing insights on numbers monthly to RSM and Sales Director

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Candidate must possess at least Degree in any field.
    • 1-2 years of working experience in sales role.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
    • Proactive, result-oriented & analytical.
    • Team player.
    • Excel skill : Intermediate to advance level as there will be a number of report that needs to be completed.
