  Job responsibilities will include coordinating drawings from concept phase to construction documentation and specification for interior design finishes & FF&E. Lead the FF&E team directly with Design Director and design team. To be able to work independently & communicate well with other team members.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  • Coordinating drawings from concept phase to construction documentation and specification for interior design finishes.
  
  • Lead the FF&E team directly with Design Director and design team.
  
  • Develop and execute the FF&E direction for overall project and communicate to the project team.
  
  • Communicate project status to Design Director on a regular basis.
  
  • Designing and sourcing FF&E from concept through to finished details
  
  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers in order to ensure FF&E is delivered on time and on budget.
  
  • Liaising with design and purchasing teams to ensure FF&E is in line with client expectations and to budget.
  
  • Participate in the establishment and maintenance of FF&E design standards for the company
  
  • Keep abreast of new trends that may influence FF&E design scheme
  
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
