  • Job Description

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    -E-commerce Operation Management
    - Managing in house operation (Owned EC) including product listing, sales promotion data creation, voucher and discount creation, banner registration, update, and others
    - Product information creation and registration including data upload on new product release
    - Creation and registration of sales promotion data and upload
    - Banner registration and updates including popup notifications
    - Other work (corresponding to each occurrence)
    - Analyzing user visits, migrations, conversion status, etc. on sites and task planning
    - EC system maintenance including program investigations, repairs, and corrections
    - Network maintenance including monitoring and response
    - EC software version upgrade
    - Customer communication planning to improve EC sales in email magazines, SMS, social media, etc.
    - In-stock follow-up notification when products are out of stock
    - Photo & Contents resize & retouch as required (product images, model images, banners and others)
    - Email marketing management and operation including creating draft based on client’s instructions
    - Reviewing emails (EDMs) in the workflow management system and ensures that all required information has been provided and sent
    - Monitoring all emails and SMS campaigns during every stage of production
    - Collaborating with marketing team to determine the target audience and circulation for each campaign
    - Inventory management platform day-to-day tasks and vendor relationships
    - Coordinating with sales and distribution leads on order fulfillment and liaise with customer service to monitor, moderate and respond to consumer reviews
    - Making sure that products are always ready-to-sell and well presented to the customer to maximize sales volume
    - Tracking changes in product assortment and ensure changes are reflected during site updates
    - Performing quality assurance to ensure accuracy of product data and promotional content on a daily basis
    - Taking initiative to escalate and correct issues to IT and other cross-functional groups
    - Maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancements of existing contents
    - Working closely with cross-functional team members to research and implement marketing strategies to enhance user experience, retention and conversion across channels
    - Developing integrated email & text marketing plans for specified categories of business that achieve KPI goals
    - Defining channel communication plans based on business needs and determine how they are integrated into the overall channel plan and strategies
    - Applying learnings from historical channel performance to develop plans that will meet established benchmarks and drive sales
    - Facilitating Monthly Channel Planning and Alignment Meetings with key stakeholders
    - Executing related internal procedures
    - Providing full support to direct and indirect superior
    - Required prepare weekly, monthly sales report and etc.

    -Customer Service Management
    - Overall management of customer service
    - Oversee day-to-day operation of customer service
    - Manage weekday’s E-Commerce store customer service, using a proactive service approach, ensuring delivery of world-class customer satisfaction and retention
    - Monitor, track and analyse sales performance with E-Commerce channel and conduct regular performance reviews with client for next course of actions and track execution of any improvement opportunities
    - Support EC Division Manager by providing strategies and marketing campaign idea for the existing and upcoming potential brands
    - Execute related internal and external procedures
    - Required prepare pre and post campaign report, monthly sales report and etc.
    - Taking initiative to escalate and correct issues to cross-functional team and group

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    • Education : Diploma or above
    • Fluent English skills both verbal and writing
    • Min 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce site operation experience
      If familiar with Adobe Magento or other EC platform (shopify etc) would be a big advantage
    • Team leader or management experience (regardless of the size)
    • Good computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems

    • Familiar with digital marketing including social media ads and google ads

    Salary Package : RM 8,000 - RM 10,000

    Medical Coverage: RM100 monthly and for employee only
    Dental Coverage: RM200 yearly and for employee only
    *No Medical card

    Annual Leave: 12 days for the first 2 years of service
    Medical Leave: 14 days for the first 2 years
    Hospitalization Leave: 60 days inclusive of the sick leave Compassionate Leave: 3 days
