  • Job Description

    i) HR

    - Arranging Employee Events such as festival celebrations, and weekly Friday Meal.
    - Update the daily attendance calendar status for all employees.
    - Nurture a positive working environment throughout the Company
    - Ensure all company’s business licenses and/or related documents are updated and valid i.e. LMW, ATIGA, etc.
    - Ensure all items and inventory provided by Company are always in good condition and managed accordingly
    - To manage office equipment order and issuance and manage stock control i.e. stationary, toiletries, etc.
    - To manage the renewal of tenancy agreements for residential rented by the Company.
    - Foreigner Worker Management, such as FOMEMA arrangement, Permit renewal & Passport Renewal.
    - Company's vehicle license renewal, Inspection, Road Tax and Insurance.
    - To perform and discharge promptly and efficiently any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior.

    ii) Information Technology

    - To ensure networks and servers maintain timely.
    - Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
    - Able to set up a new joiner's laptop and KNOX account access.
    - Prepare the welcome board for the visitors or VIPs.
    - Monitoring the IT asset listing and KNOX account listing.
    - Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
    - Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
    - Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
    - Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT-related matters.
    - To comply and enforce the compliances of the available SOP/ ISO 9001/ ISO 14001 & etc.
    - To ensure the internal and external audits are successful.
    - To ensure that all the required recording, reporting and filling are properly carried out
    - Ensuring that all security, safety and health aspects including its rules & regulations are well enforced and adhered to at all times; and
    - To perform and discharge promptly and efficiently any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - At least 3 years of working experience in the HR General Affairs cum IT is required for this position.
    - Evidence of extensive senior management experience in a similar environment.
    - This role is required to handle 80% in HR & 20% in IT.
