  • Job Description

    ▪ Full time trainer
    ▪ Evaluate and conduct skills gap analysis to identify training needs
    ▪ Promote, create, and design training programs to equip employees/end-users with the appropriate skills
    ▪ Plan, coordinate and implement the training classes and activities
    ▪ Facilitate courses offered by content experts professionally
    ▪ Monitor and coordinate training programs
    ▪ Apply alternative teaching methods to cater various skill level individuals
    ▪ Evaluate effectiveness of each training sessions
    ▪ Upgrade and update training outlines and materials
    ▪ Deliver training programs in face to face or virtual mode
    ▪ Assist in administration and coordination with HR and HRD Corp for grant and claim application

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or in a relevant field
    - Experience : Min 2 - 5 years working experience in related fields
    - Require Skill :
    1. Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position
    2. HRD Corp certified trainer (Train the Trainer certification) is a plus
    3. Ability to identify gaps in skills.
    4. Experience designing training/course material
    5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly
    6 Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
    7. Excellent organizational skills.
