  • Job Description

    • Identify and manage training development need for employee
    - make summary TNA and planning for the 1 yrs training
    - Submit & Claim HRDF for training
    - Compile, review and prepare Training Master plan and monitor training effectiveness
    - Ensure all training records and plan is updated
    - Give internal training / briefing to employee
    - Searching new training for employee
    - Compile training effectiveness
    - Compile training for each employee request from HOD
    • Conduct exit interview
    - interview employee / contract worker – reason for resign
    • Prepare memo & letter on behalf of company
    - Offer letter show cause letters, reminder letters and warning letters
    - Draft promotion letter & increment letter
    - Update any information from government
    • Attendance & payroll system
    - Maintain the human resources information system and employee database
    - Ensure overtime claims is key in and check highlight concerns on the claims
    - Assist and process payroll for advance and month end salary, ensure time management system update daily and reports on attendance is prepare
    - Ensure all staff records is maintain and up to date information

    • Ensure timely renew of work permit for Expatriate (Japanese) and foreigner workers work permit
    • Prepare document for Immigration foreign worker documentations application
    - (Eppax, JTK, and KDN), COM, Special pass, first sticker and other related issues
    - any issue related with immigration
    - Interview KDN for apply foreign worker
    - Prepare all the necessary documentations for the application / renewal of work permit for expatriate staff and foreign workers is submitted on time
    - Deal with agent for contract worker/ outsource

    • Submission form for termination GHS & Outpatient, PA and Term Life
    - updates on staff, coverage, bills, etc
    - Claim Socso , Insurance for the employee accident
    • Liaise / call with government – Labour office, KDN, MPK, Imigresen and others.
    • Ensure renew vehicle company , company license ,LMW license , MPK license o time
    • ISO team member / IATF / Lead Auditor / ISO 14001:2015
    • Others ad-hoc task given by management ( ex : Covid 19 – SOP )

    • Monitor CCTV
    • Arrange Driver Schedule
    - Man power in/out
    - Any document / item need to delivery or submit
    - For JPJ , Puspokum inspection Van / lorry


    • Cleaner , Gardener & Guard & Canteen , Corridor
    - To monitor 5s for the canteen area / rest room area / store room HR/ corridor area
    - To monitor job for cleaner to clean all office area & toilet
    - To monitor gardener to clean all surrounding factory area
    • Actively involved in company’s audit activities such as, ISO Audit, Environmental Audit, Customers audit and any other related audit activities. ( 5S Audit , Kaizen )

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - At least 5 years of experience working as HR

    【Prefer】
    - Knowledge of Labor low or low of immigration
