• Job Description

  • Responsible for the overall performance of Pet food Factory Operations (Wet Processing).
  • Responsible for all documents related to AUDIT, GMP+B8, ISO, HALAL, JKKP for the 'Wet Processing' section.
  • Responsible for and updating the SOP related to Wet Pet Food.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day manufacturing activities and improve resource management performance.
  • To comply with and enforce company rules at all times.
  • Organizing, Planning, Leading and Controlling resources - Personnel, Piesin and materials used.
  • Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of productivity, quality, safety and health for all available products and resources.
  • Ensure that machines and equipment are safe and well maintained.
  • Maintain and improve good management practices within the discipline, increase morale and accurate assessment of subordinate staff.
  • Provide effective production and Ramadan planning Quarterly, Monthly, weekly and daily based on sales requirements.
  • Comply with maximum positive performance as planned Production, Overtime, Downtime, Waste / 'reject' and others.
  • Ensuring effective cost control of expenses in managing the department and final approval by higher officials is required.
  • To ensure good housekeeping, process control, material storage and handling procedures are strictly followed.
  • Actively contribute ideas to improve existing activities
  • Prepare reports at set times - update daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Actively involved in additional activities of the company, especially those involving subordinates.
  • Other responsibilities and duties given and required by the management.
