  • Job Description

    1. Enter customer orders into the system, ensure that all relevant data regarding the order is correct, and follow up delivery schedules.
    2. Process and manage paperwork in accordance with internal procedures, including but not limited to: Sales Order, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Goods Receiving and Invoicing, etc.
    3. Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and customers to facilitate the purchasing and delivery process.
    4. Assist in building and maintaining customer relationships.
    5. Investigate, report, and resolve customer service issues.
    6. Ad hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Open for education background
    - Japanese level : Possess N2 and above or equivalent for both writing and speaking
    - Minimum 2 years of working experience in any field.
    - High competence in Microsoft Excel.

    <Advantage>
    - Knowledge of international shipping and custom documentation will be an advantage.
