• Job Description

  - Oversees the activity by organizing and executing the work of the Quality Control (QC) department (Malaysia, China & Vietnam) and staff personnel
  - Is responsible for the overall product quality and safety to customers including the coordination of customer complaints / rejection and update the status to Management on regular basis. Must able to make quality decisions independently.
  - To handle quality inspection on products and orders.
  - To liaise with supplier on specifications, complaints, quality problems, etc in addressing corrective/preventive action for continuous improvement and satisfy customer.
  - To work closely with other department team member on the product quality performance and ensure that all the customer product quality requirements are fulfilled.
  - To provide analyses and present quality control report to management in meeting business objectives. Able to prepare written communication and communicate to management with clarity and accuracy.
  - Responsible for sourcing new product / new material and factory. Able to conduct factory assessment / audit and provide recommendation.
  - To contribute and conduct quality controller training, motivating and coaching in order for the team to have the ability in quality control works and achieve higher personnel and work productivity.
  - To ensure all product development are deliver at the highest standard and comply with all customer or company requirement (namely trade show).
  - Monitor, control and keep all records of quality control processes, standard operating procedure and report in order.
  - Review and ensure company Quality Control Apps system and data in place
  - To manage vendor relations and implement necessary actions to increase vendor performance & assist company with decision support or strategic advantage
  - Implement other tasks as required by top management
