Job Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor need to be strong to strengthen the Manufacturing Team to be become the No. 1 wiring harness producer in Malaysia.
Responsibilities and duties
1. On time product delivery
a. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate to all line leaders
b. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing the schedule
c. Oversee and coach line leaders
d. Check production output according to targets
e. Submit reports on performance and progress
f. Monitor employees efficiency and provide constructive feedback and coaching
g. Receive complaints and resolve problems
h. Pass on information from top management to employees and vice versa
i. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if need arises
2. Internal & External audit compliance
a. Understanding of the audit requirements
b. Develop a control to audit compliance
c. Development and implementation of corrective actions to problems found at audits.
d. Implement Operating System & Related Element
3. Prevention & Elimination job injuries
a. Ensure a safety environment
b. Identify unsafe conditions and develop action plans
c. Inform daily about unsafe conditions/acts and accidents
d. Follow up to recordable and LWD metrics
4. Product quality according to specification
a. Prints interpretation knowledge
b. Quality standards knowledge
c. Correct interpretation of work instructions and manufacturing methods
d. Follow up quality problems
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education Background :
❑ Bachelor degree or above in related field
- Experience :
❑ Over 5 years of excellent manufacturing experience in Electronic / Automotive Industry with handling minimum 300 employees.
- Require Skill :
❑ Decent and polite manner, good computer and communication skills
❑ Experience and knowledge of automotive Connection systems/components is an advantage
❑ PC skills (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
❑ Systems skills (SAP/ERP, Salesforce)
❑ Sufficient analytical ability to resolve problems
❑ Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
❑ Ability to organize, plan and document tasks
❑ Relevant work experience
❑ Flexibility
- Certificate : Basic knowledge in TS16949English Level
