    ⚫ Achieve sales orders and profit
    ⚫ Proactively explore business opportunities and expand new customers
    ⚫ Exercise sales programs/actions to increase loyalty and sales for products and solutions
    ⚫ Attend to sales enquiry and generate quotations
    ⚫ Work closely with customers in the development of applications to meet customers’ needs
    ⚫ Engage in active sales visits and dealings with customers & distributors
    ⚫ Organize and conduct presentations to potential and existing customers
    ⚫ Debt monitoring & collections with end customers & distributors
    ⚫ Prepare sales reports
    ⚫ Market studies & feedbacks

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering /Electronic Engineering /Mechatronic Engineering.
    - Experience :
    > 1 ~ 3 years of working experience in industrial sales
    > Experience in liaising with distributors, channel partners, contractors, and consultants
    > Can consider sales candidates from E&E, HVAC industry
    > Preferable candidates with experience in Factory Automation products, NOT MUST
    > Basic knowledge related to Drives/Inverters, Servo Motors, Motion Controllers/PLC, NOT MUST
    - Require Skill :
    > Abilities to provide product support for pre-sales and post-sales to End Users & Distributors
    > Additional knowledge in system solution will be a plus
    - Others :
    > Good presentation and interpersonal skills
    > Able to travel within MALAYSIA regions

Additional Information

  • Benefit

    Basic Salary = RM 5,000 ~ RM 5,800

    - Bonus : Twice a year. (July & Dec), depend on performance, total of 3 months annually
    - Increment rate = 6%
    - No commission basis.
    - No allowance fixed
    - All travel expenses claim reimbursement basis.
    - AL : 14 days – 1 yr complete, 16 days – 2 yr complete
    - Medical Claim : Max RM 1,000 p/a by medical cert
    - MC : 12days
    (excluding optical, dental, specialist, plastic surgery & etc)
    - 60 days of paid hospitalization leave.
    - No dental claim
    - Paternity Leave 2 days, marriage leave 2 days
