• Job Description

  Responsibilities:
  1. To plan and monitor raw material usage from crushing dept and packing material usage.
  2. To control FG as to ensure always adequately enough for customers but not over stock.
  3. To prepare and present management report such as production reports, sales report etc.
  4. To liaise with customers with regard to market situation, forecast, orders etc
  5. To liaise with Production, QA and R & D to make production plan, new product development etc
  6. To liaise with Finance for matters pertaining to invoicing, delivering and credit terms etc
  7. Enhancing and servicing customers
  8. Receiving and responding to customer complaints etc
  9. To comply to the QEMS requirement, ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards
  10. Communicating with customers for after sales service
  
  Main clients : Singapore, Thai, China (30% customers are from China)
  No business trip
