1. Foreign worker recruitment - Prepare documents (JTK approval, KDN approval, Immigration, MyEg)
2. Prepare document for FW work permit renewal
3. Prepare document to send FW back
4. Arrange to renew Passport
5. Expatriate - Employment Pass Application
6. Know how to use payroll system and E-leave calculate salary
7. Know how to create incentive system for each of department
8. Yearly assessment
9. Prepare Bonus proposal Report
10. Prepare Memo
11. Prepare show cause letter, warning letter, DI letter..
12. Know how to counselling
13. Epf, Socso, EIS
14. Know HRDF rules
15. Know DOSH rules
16. Majlis Perbandaran (Prepare document for Business License)
17. Safety Monitoring (Renew Fire Extinguisher
18. Prepare documents for TNB, PBA
19. Tenancy Agreement
20. Assist to make Police report (If got any case happen)
21. Arrange to register new email for new staff (and arrange with outsource IT if got any issue)
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education: Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or any related field
- Experience : Min 3 years of working experiences in full set HR in manufacturing / retail industry
- Require Skill :
1. Have management experiences
2. Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
3. Demonstrable leadership abilities
4. Solid communication skills
5. Initiative and self-motivation peopleEnglish Level
