  【Job summary】
  - Provides support to customers in the usage of CAE products, while leveraging your knowledge and experiences to achieve our company’s business growth across SEA region.
  
  【Details】
  - Provide pre and post-sales of software support, engineering services of Ansys optical products (1st priority is the experience of using “Zemax”, 2nd is that of “SPEOS”)
  - Understand customer’s application requirement and provide solutions
  - The job involves conducting technical presentations/demonstrations/seminars, providing software application support, conducting product training and providing engineering services
  - Conduct applications training both in-house and on-site at customer locations
  - Support set-up, inspection and testing of new equipment at customer locations to ensure proper installation
  - Working in conjunction with the field sales personnel, identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process
  - Ensure a smooth and timely flow of information between sales and engineering
  - Other duties as required by management, include travelling and support within and outside Malaysia (except under epidemic conditions)
