  • Job Description

    - Day to day desk top support and helpdesk function.
    - Maintain IT environment in the office, liaise with system vendor which provides IT infrastructure.
    - Communicate with staff to identify system issues, assessment of those issues, and provide the solution/improvement proposal to the Management.
    - Plan and monitor the system project progress and liaise with IT dept in HQ regularly.
    - Provide the periodical status report to the Management.
    - Create Macro or RPA to improve the process (This is optional based on the skillsets of the candidate)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Degree with major in system engineer, computer science.
    BS admin, finance or accounting are also considerable with
    working experience in IT area.
    - 10+ years working experience in IT system area

    【Prefer】
    - Working experience in IT field (including helpdesk and other IT supporting role)
    - Big advantage for working experience in bank or finance company.
    - Vendor management
    - Project management
    - Skill in VBA Macro, RPA
