Job Description
Receiving and processing purchase orders.
Issuing sales transaction invoices through internal system.
Verifying orders, including customers` personal information and payment information.
Monitor the outstanding payment from our partners.
Monitor and process the customers debit note or product return.
Monthly closing report will be updated and monitored.
Other administrative work support such as contract, customer registry, warehouse
management, government related application and place product order from Japan.
Ensure weekly and monthly detailed sales and expense reporting to management
Improve internal documentations to provide efficient work for sales team and other
number related work
Directly report to the brand manager and work closely with HQ Global Merchandising
Team in Tokyo, Japan
Qualifications
Requirement
<Must>
- At least 3-5 years or more of finance, account or sales administer experience. In the beauty / FMCG industry will be preferred
- Possess the experience to issue Purchase Order and dealing with retailers
(If experienced dealing with Watsons, AEON and other realted retailers will be advantaged)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to communicate and write proficiently in English
