  • Job Description

    • Support the sales division and its customers by maintaining a positive relationship with the customer, internal teams, and Kyocera Japan HQ (KC) to ensure efficient and effective delivery and support.
    • Work closely on customers’ requirements, requests and enquiries on products and prepare quotations and sales orders for customers.
    • Manage and monitor customer order placements and sales order entries effectively to ensure timely fulfilment of all orders.
    • Pro-actively follow up on the customer’s order while keeping customers informed on the progress of the order or any relevant changes in delivery schedules.
    • Follow up with customers and accounting for payments and backlogs.
    • Analyse and prepare booking and shipping trends based on the customer’s profile for reporting and planning purposes to the sales manager.
    • Generate other reports such as delivery status, AR, sales forecast, etc. for report submission to Kyocera Japan HQ (KC).
    • Any other aperiodic assignments which will be within the sphere of the job nature of this role.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Diploma holder
    - Experience : Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing company is preferred
    - Require Skills :
    1)Proficient in Microsoft Office
    2)Multi-lingual skills in speaking and writing in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
    3)Japanese language skill is an advantage but is not compulsory.
    4)Good communication skills. Able to convert clear and concise messages and keep the team members and other stakeholders informed of the operation activities.
    5)Able to work independently and under pressure.
    6)Meticulous and detailed orientated. Able to organize and maintain information and records.
    7)Good team spirit. Able to collaborate with other members in the team or office.
    8)Good time management. Able to complete the task within the given timeline.
