  • Job Description

    • Ideal candidate is to manage the people in the company.
    • Manage and develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
    • Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer the psychological test, etc.)
    • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
    • Access the needs of current employees & conduct employee satisfaction surveys
    • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
    • Determine HR and recruiting KPIs. Create and present KPI reports
    • Identifying the organization’s needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy, including Employer Brand efforts – to improve recruitment and business performance
    • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
    • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
    • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
    • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background :
    • Master/Degree in relevant field such as human resource management, business administration, business management.

    - Experience :
    • Over 5 years of working experience as a talent acquisition manager or similar experience in an HR role
    • Experience in IT industry is an advantage
