  • Job Description

    - Identify clients’ requirements and ensure they are answered or routed to the appropriate support area.
    - Provide operational support to clients by answering calls and online queries, analyze reported issues and offer appropriate advice and/or answers.
    - Keep and update reported issues and work closely with Technical Support team to assure quality customer service.
    - Provide product and technical guidelines for clients and educate clients on how to use the new features
    - Business trip for Singapore or KL
    - Undertake other ad hoc duties assign from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - At least 1 year of experience as admin, customer service
    ※Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
