  • Job Description

    Responsibilities
    • Full spectrum of HR operations, develop, implement & execute HR programme & activities
    • To select and recruit potential candidate according to Company business needs and to meet the Company’s expansion plan.
    • To assist in employer branding exercise as to promote company as “Choice of Employer”
    • To assist in Performance Appraisal exercise and maintain the related records
    • Prepare and monitor overall yearly budget
    • Staff welfare & Activity HR
    • To maintain and update employees’ particular and salary record in strict confidential
    • To support internal and external HR related enquiries or requests
    • To propose compensation and benefits scheme as and when required
    • Review of HR policies to ensure compliance and comparable to the Market trend.
    • Checks payroll reports and ensure compliance in accordance with local statutory requirements.
    • To support in Expatriates’ Management. Example, work permit such as EP, PVP and work permit to East Malaysia
    • To ensure employee information in Workday. Employee Profile database is current and correctly updated.
    • To handle the employee’s employment contract
    • Identify and manage external partners for customized content and delivery, negotiate terms of agreement and handle contracts administration in consultation with Corporate Legal team
    • Regularly review and update Training Calendars in HR portal (On-boarding and Corporate Training calendars)
    • Conduct, evaluate and follow-up on post training assessment and feedback. Monitor training effectiveness of training programmes delivered are current, relevant and effective.
    • Generate training reports and tracking of programs utilization

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    • Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related field
    • Minimum 10 years and above with relevant experience in HR role.
    • Able to communicate with all levels (BM, English & Mandarin)
    • Able to handle with knowledge of work permit such as EP, PVP and work permit to East Malaysia
