Job Description
<Main Role>
Perform higher level of support and concierge type liaison to an assigned customer portfolio which may include the work on escalations or assignments that are more difficult based on the nature or work needed to facilitate the growth of the portfolio through its digital lifecycle. Duties include customer service, linking customers and internal resources, engagement, consultancy and support. Excellent relationship management skills are needed to ensure customer retention and support needed to fulfill customer needs.
- Perform support and concierge type liaison to an assigned customer portfolio.
- Provide assistance to facilitate the growth of the portfolio through its digital lifecycle.
- Duties include customer service, linking customers and internal resources, engagement, consultancy and support.
- Communicate with customer 70% in Email, 20% in Call; 10% internal communication (internal IT Engineer).
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education Background : High School / Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Language: Must have strong verbal and written language skill in both English & Japanese (C1/C2 level).
- Experience :
> Preferably someone with at least 2 years BPO/Call center experience.
> Someone with experience in sales & marketing can be considered.
- Skill:
> Strong project management and coordination skills.
> Has knowledge in MS software/tools – Eg: MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Other: Able to work on rotational shift.English Level

Basic Salary = RM 5,000
Language Allowance = RM 5,500
Monthly Performance Bonus (Max up to 16% of monthly basic salary) = RM 800 (subject to individual and company performance)

Monday to Sunday
- 5 working days/week
- Rotation on weekend (one in a month or 2 months)
** Only 2 ~ 3 members necessary every weekend (total members = 50)
- Project running time: 4 AM to 8 PM
- For Japan market, usually shift rotating between 8AM to 8PM
- 3 shifts (9 hours/day)
