  • Job Description

    Purpose:
    Responsible for providing customer service support to Pharma & DIA affiliates in relation to the Travel & Expense Application (Concur)

    Key activities and deliverables

    - Provide first level support attending to all inquiries from Pharma & DIA end users related to Travel & Expense Application (Concur)
    - Ensure all queries received are correctly captured and updated in ticketing tool
    - Maintain T&E related employee master data (HR, Bank, Credit Card, others)
    - End to end processing of T&E report from preparing accounting data for posting into SAP, followed by payment and reconciliation
    - Provide ad hoc reporting and prepare T&E accrual
    - Ensure quality and accurate delivery of services within agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) and as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and SOPs of the respective business sub-process
    - Building and maintaining all documentation related to our business systems and processes to ensure it is up to date
    - Ensure all activities carried out are in compliance to Company policies and procedures, and are of high ethical standards
    - Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. 
    - Experience :
    > 1-3 years experiences in IT Technical + Customer Service (Support China Region), Fresh graduate are welcomed
    > Provide 1st level technical & customer support for services for our internal employees for travel & expenses related enquiries
    > Support and handles incidents & requests with few channels like 60% phone, 5% chat, 30% email and 5 % self-service portal request.
    > Mainly guide customers on self-service portal, provide good customer experiences, not limit to IT troubleshooting

    - Skills:
    > Strong understanding of Travel & Expense technology (e.g Concur, TRAM) and reporting tool
    > Strong excel, analytical and problem solving skills
    > Good understanding and knowledge in ERP system and Ms Office tools. SAP is an added advantage
    > Possess good attention to detail; excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
    > Collaborative and team oriented ; ability to work with cross functional team with different cultures
    > Demonstrated good communication skills with a focus on customer service
