  Local sales support:
  1. Prepare quotation to local customers based on sales engineer or regional sales manager’s
  instruction.
  2. Register or change the order information onto SAP.
  3. Issue Production request or Unconventional Assembly Instructions for sample preparation.
  4. Register sales order or PRS onto SAP.
  5. Check PO price based on provided quotation to customer.
  6. Sales order/PRS list output.
  7. Update delivery schedule to local customers.
  8. Create and send Invoice to local customers.
  9. Goods issue process.
  
  Global sales support:
  1. Prepare quotation to overseas distributors.
  2. Register or change the order information onto SAP.
  3. Issue Production request or Unconventional Assembly Instructions for sample preparation.
  4. Register sales order or PRS onto SAP.
  5. Check PO price based on price list.
  6. Sales order/PRS list output.
  7. Update delivery schedule to distributors by Delivery Control Sheet.
  8. Create shipping instruction.
  9. Send shipping instruction to assembly manufacture.
  10. Create Invoice for export (Singapore time).
  11. Goods issue process.
  12. A/R posting confirmation.
  13. Issue STATEMENT and send to distributers.
  
  Others:
  1. Responds to requests and inquiries by Salesmen, customers, and others.
  2. Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
  3. Reports all irregular issues and problems to Regional Sales Manager.
