  Job Scope:
  1.Work out daily production plan according to production capacity and budget target, follow up production status.
  2.Coordinate and solve production issues , ensure smooth production.
  3.Issue work order timely and accurately, ensure proudction turn into finished goods according to plan.
  4.Analyse production plan hit rate and issue report timely.
  5.Implement hazard source identification, environmental factor identification and risk assessment control work; implement safety, environment and occupational health policies.
  6.Completed other tasks assigned by superior.
