  • Job Description

    -Production Resources Managing including management of subordinate staffs, tasks delegation and education.
    -Production Yield and Waste Managing.
    -Responsible for In-Line Production Quality including Output Quality, Procedure, Yield, Schedule and Customer Satisfaction.
    -Production Cost Managing.
    -Cooperate with other departments for solution and improvement.
    -Production Maintenance and Down-Time Managing.
    -Report to Operation Manager.
    -Execute General Manager, Operation Manager, Factory Manager and Directors' Instructions with quality.
    -Lead and discipline subordinates staffs to abide by company regulations and policies.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    （Must）
    - Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional
    - Experienced in Carton Industry or Preferably Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations
    - Microsoft Excel
    - Proficiency in English and good at Mathematics

    （Skills）
    - Good vision in identifying colors
    - Good analytical skill, able to coordinate & co-operate with other department.
    - Strong team building, decision making, project management and people management skills
    - Ability to multitask simultaneously, work under pressure in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines and under
    minimum supervision
