• Job Description

  This role will mainly be in charge of
  1. Foreign workers and contract workers hiring (work with the main foreign/contract workers recruitment senior manager for the administration and analysis).
  2. compensation & benefits ( including payroll(epf socso tax OT etc, statutory reports, and analysis).
  3. Assist in FW/CW onboarding. Database in soft copy and hardcopy (filling). (2 executives are doing this.)

  > Change of Employment Contract (Convert to Permanent)

  > Issue of Letter to CW & FW
  > Performance Evaluation / Appraisal Record of CW & FW
  > Attendance Report, Record & Analysis (CW & FW)
  > Maintain and Monitoring Attendance of CW & FW
  > Inquiry - Attendance Record & Leave Record of CW & FW
  > Issue of Letter to Agent (e.g. Authorization, Testimonial)
