• Job Description

  1. Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations
  2. Surveying the site
  3. Checking drawings and qualities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work
  4. Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plants for use in the construction, and agreeing prices for items
  5. Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines
  6. Liaising with any consultants and / or sub-contractors engaged in the project
  7. Attending regular meetings with clients, architects and consultants, and keeping them informed of progress
  8. Supervising and monitoring the site labor force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors
  9. Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensuring that regulations are adhered to
  10. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise
  11. To liaise Engineering & Estimation Manager in Electrical and Mechanical System design
  12. To adhere to company policy, objectives and targets
  13. Ensure that the identified OH&S hazard are adequately controlled with their departments to prevent incident
  14. Monitor the implementation of procedures established under the integrated management systems to ensure their effectiveness
