  - Responsible for Afterservice in customer site (Bayan Lepas FIZ )
  
  1.Adhere company rule and regulation.
  2.Provide field service support at customer site and complete the job timely.
  Responsible for new equipment installation and ensure that equipment can runs smoothly and reliably for approval by customer.
  Carry out inspection work and respond to equipment faults – analyse & diagnose breakdown to meet the repair needs of the customers.
  Check work in progress and during completion to meet specifications
  Conduct training to customer staff as per request.
  3.Document & submit all repair and maintenance work performed on equipment on a timely basis.
  4.Meeting with customer and feedback the outcome
  5.Understanding customer needs and maintaining good relationship with customer
  - The frequency of business traveling is occasionally when needs arise. (Before pandec, Mostly spent time on-site. During Pandemic not really. At this moment depends on the situation. It would be a whole week or 2-3days/week )
  6. Business trip to Domestic, Abroad
