Job Description
- Provides information by compiling initiating, sorting and analyzing production performance records and data.
- Train and develop operator competences to achieve defined goal communicating expectations, planning, monitoring and evaluating job results.
- Upholds and enforces company policies and guiding principle.
- To manage process workflow and to delegate by assigning responsibilities and formulating schedules.
- Conduct production capacity analysis and analyze staffing requirement to ensure efficient compliance to production schedules
- Support and actively participant in Kaizen activities.
- Enforce and maintain 5S across all workplaces.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and clearly communicate out to all respective.

Requirement
- Education Background : Degree or diploma in any field
- Experience:
> Proven relevant experience as Production Supervisor or similar role.
> At least 2 year of working experience in the related field.
- Skill :
> Experience working in a highly dynamic manufacturing environment.
> Ability to define problems and collects data.
> Ability to write routine reports.
> Self -motivated and self - discipline.
> Positive thinker with good problem-solving skills.English Level
