  • Job Description

    Primary role is to lead a group of sales teams to deliver company KPI’s. This is accomplished by working with the Principal’s PIC and immediate superior to deliver excellence in the sales execution and sales fundamentals. In addition, resolve operational work and train new hires are key essential for this position.

    <Main Responsibility>
    - Resolve all operational issues e.g. promotion execution and addressing trade issues, which salesmen cannot handle.
    - Ensure operational linkage with total distributor operations (i.e. CS/L, Finance, HR)
    - Manage and coordinate segment manpower requirement thru co-recruit with HumanResource
    - Own team’s capability development thru identifying gaps, planning and training/ coaching to enable them to achieve individual target thus achieving group target.
    - Plan route and coverage for own sales team.
    - Resolve all operational issues e.g. promotion execution and addressing trade issues.
    - Execute and monitor promotion activities to ensure segment achieve volume target.
    - Own scorecards and analyse performance measures (sales fundamentals and volume).
    - Scorecard reviews with salespeople on a monthly basis. (Sales Fundamentals & Collection
    Report)
    - Engage Top Customers in Business Reviews.

    <Sales Focus>
    - Ensure team fully understands the distributor Operation & executes it on daily basis with discipline
    - Coach DSR team. 70% of working time to be allocated to in-field coaching
    - Train & Coach team on in-store execution, BCP, understanding & achieving KPIs
    - Complete the performance management cycle, & design development plans for team members
    - Recognize & reward strong performers in the team on regular and timely basis
    - Create a good working culture based on discipline, open & honest communication & fair treatment

    <People Management>
    - Facilitate hiring & induction of DSR’s to ensure alignment to “ANI & Distributor ways of working”
    - Enhance DSR effectiveness through training & coaching
    - Management of DSR working (PJP, Itinerary, expenses etc)
    - Periodic review of DSR performance and feedback
    - DSR retention through high engagement and motivation

    <Area & Biz Planning>
    - Conduct at least quarterly reviews with key LR, BBC, Provision & CMH account
    - Build good working relation with Top customers & ensure best service to them
    - Identify opportunities & resolve issues with Top Customers
    - Lead in JBP

    <Reporting>
    - Daily activity report
    - Competitors review update
    - Expense Statements
    - Buying customer tracking, NPI Tracking, Account program tracking, IMS Tracking, MSL Tracking
    - Other relevant forms

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    We are looking for someone who can lead/train/coach the Sales representative who is self-starter, outgoing and results-oriented

    【Must】
    - Min 2-3 years of Sales experience in the FMCG industry
    - Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Power Point)
    - Must possess own car and valid driving licence
    - Proficiency in local languages.

    【Preferble】
    - Fully understands the distributor Operation & executes it on daily basis with discipline
