   Overseeing technical projects, solve real-work technology challenges in alignment with
  organizational goals
   Directing the effective delivery of networks, development, disaster recovery systems and
  processes
   Working in synergies with all depts. internally and external customers to find solutions to
  manage business activities and to evaluate new technologies for competitive advantage
   Supervising, to develop the learning & growth of a team of members, while working closely
  with management, external vendors and advisors
   Preparing financial budgets and presenting proposals for capital projects to management
  annually
   Analyse workflows, researching, recommending and leading efforts to improve internal
  operating & IT processes, dealers business system
   Review existing dept. structure, roles & functions; to expand as required to support
  organizational growth & delegate goals
   Ensures confidentiality and reliability of corporate data, proprietary information and intellectual
  property, IT & Business System security-no data breach from internal & external penetrations
   Manage internal and external/3rd party vendor, communication, contracts, project delivery and
  operations
   Identify and recommend new IT technologies and solutions to keep updated with the current IT
  landscape
   Assist the management with Internal Control & various CLC Checklists reporting to MC Japan,
  such as Management Checklist, IT security/checklist, Environmental Report  Non-IT operations including account management of road tax and insurance renewals,
  stamping of agreements, stationeries, mobile phones and network availability, outstanding JPJ
  summon, parking & elevator cards, etc.
