  • Job Description

    • To provide prompt service via email, phone and support to customers remotely in Malaysia and Overseas
    • To develop and improve on customer support’s plan and build good customer relationships.
    • To conduct training to sales partner/customer on web software product installation, setup.
    • To liaise with sales & support partners/customers on customer issues and design improvement.
    • Lead technical support team, maintain and improve service support procedure, documentation material, knowledge database.
    • Customize software features to suit industry 4.0 smart manufacturing customer requirements
    • Prepare Training Guide and Technical Slides

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.

    - Experience : Min 1 or 2 years of related experience and/or training in programming is an added advantage / Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

    - Require Skill :
    • Required Skills: HTML, Database Query, CSS, Javascripting, Restful API
    • Database: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL(optional)
    • Operating System: Windows Server, Linux, Oracle VirtualBox
    • Strong skills in time management, planning, organizing, analytical and creative problem solving and good teamwork
