  • Job Description

    - Manage disciplinary issues, disputes, grievances by providing recommendation to managers on appropriate action in accordance with the Company Code of Conduct, Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
    - To conduct investigations and prepare investigation report for Management’s evaluation.
    - Assist with performance improvement plan, discipline, and coaching/counselling as needed
    - To draft Show Cause letters, Charge Letter, Punishment Letters etc.
    - To Support the organization in the creation, communication and ongoing maintenance of the employee engagement activities to continually drive positive employee experiences.
    - Lead and execute employee engagement programs to build a positive work environment and experience in the Company.
    - Participate and work with the team on HR matters, on an ad hoc or project basis.
    - Business trip to Johor, Kota Bahru when required internally inquiry

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    We are looking for HR manager specializing in ER/IR field.
    - Degree/Diploma with equivalent major in Human Resource/Law
    - Minimum 3 years in IR field and have relevant experience in general HR functions
    - Excellent English communication and writing skills
    - Understanding of Malaysian Labour Law is an added advantage
