  • Job Description

    - Responsible for overseeing daily operations of Customer Service on all inventory transactions
    - Manages procurement from suppliers and related parties
    - To work closely and able to problem solve on customer and suppliers’ inquiries
    - To manage and lead Customer Service team in having best of class service and efficiency
    - Works closely with commercial partners to measure customer satisfaction relating to ordering process
    - Lead customer service improvement initiatives
    - Participates Customer’s and Suppliers’ supply chain reviews
    - Work Cross-functionally with stakeholders and support teams to ensure smoothness in operations
    - Develops and drives and efficient process for setting benchmarks and performance within the team

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - At least 5 years of working experience in stock taking management and warehouse system management
    - Be able to Work Independently
    - Experience in handling inventory & day to day invoicing operation
    - Wiling to travel to our sites.

    - Have your own car
