    - Responsible in managing daily routines in HRIS Team
    - Responsible for the team’s KPI and deliverables
    - Must be able to take up certain operational task to help balancing team’s workload whenever is needed.
    - Collaborate and liaise with both HR global and regional stakeholders to understand the business need and change requirement.
    - Help to maintain and ensure team complies data integrity in systems and process within scope.
    - Identifies training needs and development plan for the team
    - Ensure accurate documentation process manuals/Working Instructions are updated accordingly.
    - To coach and motivate team members and generate team cooperation

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Min bachelor’s degree in any related field
    - Experience :
    > At least with 3 to 5 years with related experience or knowledge in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with people manager experience.
    - Require Skill :
    > Must have experience in handling SAP system or other HR systems (e.g. FlexHR, SF EC, etc.)
    > Excellence in data analytical and statistical
    > Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
    > Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects
    > Must be able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, and provide conclusions or approaches to the job
