    - Design and development
    > of mechanical components from concept through production.
    > Complete the design assembly drawings and details part drawings.
    - Analysis and optimization
    > of design for mechanical components
    - Plan and manage
    > the mechanical design schedule.
    - Communicate, discuss & solve with
    > customers and functional owners on mechanical design issue.
    - Checking and preparation
    > Of drawings &
    > Bill of Materials (BOM)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
    - Experience : Min 5 years experiences in custom automation machinery
    - Require Skill :
    > Machine Troubleshooting skill.
    > Project management and job coordination skills.
    > Communication skill in English.
    > Problem solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
    > Mechanical designing using 3D Solidworks and AutoCad design software.
    > Microsoft Office Suites especially Excel.
    > Automation systems and tools –pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic, vision, material
    > Design FMEA, Machine OEE, Gauge R&R and etc
    > Handling, conveyors, screws/fasteners, inspection/test, Dispense process, Material selection
    - Others :
    > Able to work under tight schedules to complete the design job on time.
    > Must prepare to travel local and overseas.
