  • Job Description

    -Receive phone calls / emails (5:5) from the customer on maintenance, and respond them as the first tier of maintenance team.
    -Trouble shoot the issues as much as possible. Escalate it to internal engineers (second tier) if the issue is complicated, difficult to solve. Issues are IT solutions specializing in Network / Server / PC.
    -Manage trouble ticket and keep track the progress. Update all stakeholders including the customer on trouble shooting.
    -Set up PCs / network devices based on manual.
    -Visit clients sometimes with internal engineers and solve the problem
    -Lead Helpdesk Team members.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Bachelor degree of Electronic System Engineering, or equivalent and have IT related certification such as CCNA or MCSA
    (To keep the company license, the degree is must)
    - 5 years work experience in IT field, preferably work experience as a Senior role or Assistant Manager
    (includes IT support desk, but prefer the experience of service engineer or maintenance physically)
    - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Japanese (N2 and above or equivalent).
    - Ability to handle PC / Network / Server trouble shooting, basic IT related issues.
