    ・Order Processing (PO, DO, Invoice)
    ・Handle enquiry from Hotel & Restaurant customers
    ・Sales Report, Analysis
    ・Monitoring of sales activities
    ・Monitor inventory, prepare inventory report.
    ・Documentation
    ・Perform ad-hoc administrative task
    ・To build on and maintain good relationship to fulfi ll customers’ and staff s’ expectations.
    ・Support sales team—follow up delivery schedule with customers & suppliers.
    ・Issue delivery order , Invoices, Data entry into company system…..etc
    ・Reported MD (Japanese)
    ・any related tasks such as Key in system

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ・at least 5 years of experience for Sales coordinator, admin or Sales with coordinator experience at F&B industry.
    ・can work independently as this position is only you. you need to handle and judge about sales coordinate task.
    ・can start to work Immediately
