  Role: In charge of sales & market research and data analysis
  
  Key Job Description:
  1. Annailying automotive, Competitors and Internal sales data
  2. Manage LCV Vehicle & Accessories Inventory Planning
  3. Propose ordering volume of LCV vehicles
  4. Reporting and Presentation Monthly Market and Sales Result to stakeholders
  5. Assist Manager to make annual budget of vehicle sales and analyze its progress
  6. Reporting and Presentation to management and stakeholders
  
  Details
  • Participate in research projects by external agencies and conduct in-house survey as and required.
  • Conduct studies, gather and analyse :-
  o Automotive industry sales information/data and forecasts
  o Economy statistics/data and forecasts
  o Track and monitor competitors’ pricing/promotions/product changes/activities
  o Internal sales and customer data.
  • Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, written reports and assist in preparing presentations.
  • Customer Relationship Management activity.
  • Assist superior in all ad-hoc assignments.
  • Monitoring vehicles inventory for healthy stock level for all variants and colour to fulfil market retail sales.
  • Involve in sales forecast discussion and proposed appropriate production volume plans.
  • Communicate with Exporter on CBU orders and production/shipment plans.
  • Communicate with assembly plants on firm CKD orders and production/assembly plans.
  • Track and monitor plant production progress versus schedule.
  • To work closely with team member to ensure adequate ordering and timely delivery of accessories.
  • Collect market information and present the information & production plans to assembly plants during meeting.
  • Close communication with Procurement & Logistic Departments on production plans for smooth allocation operation.
  • Assist superior in all ad-hoc assignments.
  
  *Working location is Selangor. Factory is located in Pahang.
