Job Description
- Receive order from Japan/dealer, dealing directly with dealer parent company, production department, shipping and store.
- Answer inquiry for company's products.
- Issue invoice, packing list, filing and etc.
- Make sure all order done and deliver on time.
- Preparation for company's participated exhibition.
- Visit existing dealer and contact potential customer for appointment.
- Prepare sale monthly report
- Travel outstation (within Malaysia or overseas) 1 or 2 times in a year

Requirement
Educational background: Open for any
Experience:
- At least 3-4 yrs experienced in Sales admin or sales support is MUST
- Experienced to supervise subordinates is an added advantage
Language: English, Malay and ChineseEnglish Level

Salary range: 4,000-5,000 MYR (negotiable depending on the candidate's experience & skill)
