    Operation Team Summary:
    The Ad Operations team is accountable for all operational aspects, ensuring we have the right systems and processes in place. The overall purpose is to provide digital marketing platform execution, reporting and optimisation with emphasis and responsibility to providing high-level customer service standards through thought-leading recommendations to improve future campaigns.
    In day-to-day operations, the team consult, serve, target, optimize, manage and report on the performance of ad campaigns to ensure it achieves its goals.
    The team work closely with the sales team, advertisers, ad technology teams, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of the campaign and campaign KPI.
    Additionally, the team regularly generate ad campaign reports that tell a campaign’s status and directly recommend the team’s learning and next step.

    Job Summary:
    Digital Consultant is responsible in identifying which media platforms will be the best to achieve our clients' objectives and reach its target audience, creating a presentation deck to make a presentation to clients as a consultant, setting up and optimizing the ad campaigns, suggesting how to improve the performance efficiently.
    Facilitate teamwork on the accounts and develop good working relationship with the clients, the suppliers and colleagues to ensure smooth communications.
    Job Description:

    – Create media strategies for clients/brands to establish the goals and objectives, target audience, message, marketing/digital platforms in which the campaign should be delivered.
    – Analyze the existing campaigns, reports and the latest media trends and suggest how to improve the clients' challenges
    – You may be involved with a number of clients and/or brands at the same time, hence it is important to develop a good understanding and identify specific business needs for each brand/client.
    – Developing and managing timeline
    – Providing operation support for clients and ensuring that clients are getting the campaign delivery on schedule, meet the expectations and suggesting changes and improvements where necessary and analyzing the results
    – Responsible in terms of campaign performance and optimization
    – Provide comprehensive campaign reporting including performance summary, campaign learning with some evidence-based hypothesis and suggestions
    – Pro-active in getting solutions with platform support team to ensure the efficiency of ad delivery, catching news for the new features/solutions and store the knowledge by testing them

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Experience:
    > Over 2 years of experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and other self-serve platforms
    > Experience with professional analytics tools and analysis methods
    - Skills: Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    - Others:
    > Excellent in time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
    > Strong communication and people skills
    > Enthusiasm and passionate to work toward high goals
    > Must be meticulous and have an eye for details
    > Honesty and integrity
    > Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    > Willing to spend time for new knowledge acquisition
    > Person who can think logically
