• Job Description

  • To support CTs Sales Target achievements via provision of AETS technical services.
  • To support competency development in SEA Sales and Sales Channels by providing relevant Technical or Application Engineering Trainings.
  • To manage existing Tendering and Proposal Tools or Materials and develop versions which are not available but have been deemed critical – i.e. Hydraulic Calculations – System Requirements and Pump Selection, Clarification and Filtration Process Units Sizing.
  • Responsible for liaise with products manufacturer in USA for technical clarification and update.
  • Responsible for preparing competitive Technical Proposals and their costing in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for preparing Tender Submittals and ensure their on-time submission.
  • Responsible for preparing design packages which can meet local requirements.
  • Upon request, to check Purchase Requisition Details raised by CTs and ensure their correctness for order processing.
  • Responsible for processing order including, prepare purchase requisition, liaison with factory and other department(s) to ensure smooth order execution.
  • To support handover information and participate in meeting as required for a smooth transition of secured projects to project execution team. Also conduct pre-commencement briefing for installation methodology and essential area need to take precaution of.
  • To support Project Engineering Team in preparing technical or engineering contents and drafting technical responses for Project Execution Engineering submission.
  • When required, field service travel to jobsites for site survey, i.e. modification and requirement for rehabilitation work, pre or post-order received.
  • When required, field service travel to jobsites for installation training, start-up, to assess product/process functionality and troubleshooting cases.
  • Responsible for updating and safe keeping of pre-sales/project information and documents in Leopold server according to Leopold filing system.
  • To be involved in and support Innovation and Localization efforts.
  • To be involved in and support 3rd party vendors and products recommendation, selection and/or justification as required.
  • To be involved in department CI programs and have a solid CI mindset.
  • To attend customer or site meetings as required.
