    - Be a part of our L3-team, which is a part of DevOps
    - Troubleshoot advanced customer cases
    - Reproduce bugs that may occur in the platform
    - Handle emergency bug fixes
    - Work closely with engineers and other support-teams
    - Work proactively with life cycle management and outage prevention

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Degree in Computer science/IT related
    - Experience :Have a couple of years of working experience in Java
    - Require Skill :
    > Have working experience in Red Hat, Ubuntu or similar
    > Have working experience in troubleshooting JVM and Java-applications
    > Have worked with Jira, Git, Salesforce or similar
    > Have a good understanding of telco: Diameter, Radius, Aggregation, etc.
    > Have worked with various databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, Derby, Couchbase, etc.)
    > Can interpret Jstacks, Jmaps, and Stack-traces.
    > Are interested in Cloud and AWS-infrastructure
    > Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes
    Others:
    > Are open-minded and like to work in a highly collaborative environment
    > Enjoy working in a global company
