    One of the Japanese trading companies has just established Malaysia brunch and looking for the staff for assistance of Japanese MD.
    You will be first staff.

    [Main Role]
    - Preparing quotation and invoice for client
    - Ordering the products and input order / delivery slip
    - Using PowerPoint and create a sales presentation
    - Payroll and liaise with related sections such as accountant
    - Interpret and translate JP ⇔ EG, to support MD.
    - Other admin tasks passed by MD time to time

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [MUST]
    - Experience : 3 years or more experience for admin, HR or account
    - Require Skill : Japanese (N2 and above) preferred good at speaking, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
