  • Job Description

    - Attend and answer to customer enquiry. Offering professional advice & introducing new services to customer.
    - Maintaining good relationship to retain existing customer and new customer
    - Shipment coordinator. Work closely with in-house customer service & operation team to ensure shipping document are in order & monitoring until shipment reach at customer.
    - Project coordinator. Maintaining shipment daily reporting and monitoring daily shipment activity. Also attending and participating in meetings & following up on important actions and decision from meeting & carry out project task as required.
    - Lead & assist marketing staffs.
    - Creating promotions and communicating the marketing plan.
    - Develop and monitoring the marketing campaign from start to end
    - Assist any enquires and quotation for customer
    - Assist shipments support liaison respective parties
    - Perform sales office administration supports
    - Monitor the sales monthly activities.

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : At least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing/ Logistic/ Transportation, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
    - Experience :
    > Experience in cross border trucking, 3PL (Added advantage)
    - Require Skill : Good communication skill and team work
    - Others :
    > Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam
    > Capable to communicate in all level of people
    > Possess own transportation.
