Job Description
• Business development & presales support for large format printer to meet sales target.
• To conduct market research on competitor’s performance/activity and pricing.
• To develop channel partners and increase customer base by prospecting and creating new business opportunities.
• To propose new creative solutions to ensure customers satisfaction.
• To engage in assigned accounts by giving real time supports, regular customer visits to meet customers’ business needs.
• Make recommendations to internal teams for market / channel partners demand changes and improvements.
• To communicate and provide feedback on sales and marketing programmes.
• To participate in ad hoc projects or assignments as directed by the Manager, Account Management.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education Background: Tertiary Education (Preferable A Degree in Marketing), more importantly relevant experience.
- Experience: Over 3 years working experience in selling business printing solution.
- Others:
• Understand the dynamic of the entire industry
• In-depth Knowledge of printing Industry
• Must be self motivated
• Ownership of responsibilities
• Results oriented
• Able to work independently
• Integrity & ethicalEnglish Level

Benefit
- Car Allowance = 800
- HP Allowance = RM 120
- Business mileage claimable > 20 km travelling
- Outstation allowance : RM 50 / day
- EPF, SOCSO normal contribution rate.
- Annual leave: Min 14 days, depend on the Job Grade
Average about 3 months bonus (Based on performance)
** This position entitle to 80% Sales Incentive + 20% BonusWorking Hour
