  • Job Description

    <account support>
    - Support related accounting task
    - Preparation of monthly payment reporting.
    - Liaison with customer for their payment status
    - Provide the relevant documents for customers reference and payment
    - Update customer statement of account and information
    - Updating incoming payment into system
    - Documents control

    <sales support>
    - Arrange delivery and reply with customer
    - Support sales documentation work.
    - To prepare invoices to customers for cash payments
    - Handle customer inquiries and complaints with sales staff
    - Other ad hoc tasks like manage office supplies, etc

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Diploma pr Degree in account field
    - Experience : 1 -2 years account experience
    - Must: need to handle account support and sales support both.

  • English Level

  • Other Language

    Malay, Mandarin, English
